Prologue:
I cannot sleep, so I will tell you a story, although it is not a happy one, but it has some really happy moments. Like the time I met my husband, like the time I figured out a way back to Spheria, and like the time my daughter, Jale, was born. Those were happy times. Then comes the unhappy times, and they all involve the Tachyon Naiads in some way or another. This is not my story, although I am the one telling it. This is the story of my mother, my daughter, my everything; Jale.
