Another thing

I just had to post this because I think it's so fantastically beautiful that I can watch it again and again and again. The music is so haunting, sad and hopeful and happy at the same time:

Inspiration no 1: Movies!

How many of you haven't watched a movie and thought: Oh, gosh! What a beautiful cloak/dress/coat/shoes/bag etc.?

I have, many times. That's why I decided to start this blog, to collect everything that inspires me in one place (other than my computer, of course) and share it with others.

So, the first blogpost is about inspiration from movies, mainly concerning clothes.

Ever since the first time I watched M. Night Shyamalan's The Village I've always wanted one of those red cloaks. You know, those the weird creatures have (but without the things on the back) just a red cloak with shorter front and longer back.



And how happy was I not to find this:

 I so desperately want one now that I'm contemplating going out to buy some red fabric and sew it myself even though I don't have a sewing machine.
